Worst experience. Management/promoter family has few favourites and whatever they say will be final. Projects are stared without any future prospects and after lot of efforts nothing moves. People are not helpful. You end up in anxiety and frustration as you will be held responsible for everything that goes down.

Work culture is better compared to other organisations. Since its a small organisation, the visibility and opportunity to work with top management is very high.So One can come here for getting a good profile and then shift to other organisation

Dislikes

The salary is bit Lower than the standards. HR and HR policies are not up to the mark. There is different rules for different people. And lastly it is a family run organisation so apparently one will lose the motivation.

There is learning paltform only no salary groth no life balance there is too much parcility from managment side there is no careers

Salry instructor to much bad new joiner and experience employees same salry some time new joiner salry high same profile but experience person salry not increase no salry groth no incentives in opration

HR department is puppet in the hand of operation manager, has no independent stand, operation executive are forced to work on Week Offs and holidays, annual leave are not really provided they just are meant to be seen in darwin box, all the PLS forcely encashed at basic salary. On roll Operation executives are forced to work for 10 to 11 hrs at times and no OT compensation is paid, No staff welfare is given.
