Worst experience. Management/promoter family has few favourites and whatever they say will be final. Projects are stared without any future prospects and after lot of efforts nothing moves. People are not helpful. You end up in anxiety and frustration as you will be held responsible for everything that goes down.

On roll Operation executives are forced to work for 10 to 11 hrs at times and no OT compensation is paid, No staff welfare is given.
