Also for sales person role like - filing the multiple forms in various version, just like data entry operator & another task is to follow up with factory team & purchase team. Just sort out all the times factory's issue & no growth in customer sales learning. HR team have no rights and further guts to take the action, if any thing goes wrong. Choose the opportunity wisely. The tool development DGM is a disaster for the company with zero leadership quality. He is excellent in manipulating people and creating confusion within the team also good at pulling down people's confidence by insulting them.

Job is not secqure. The GM is Iyer is very bad in nature and anytime he will fire anyone and the management is not so good.They have not any power if u work their ur future will dark. And the hr is Nair he is just like sccoby what Iyer say he will do.

No job security, every month somebody is either leaving due to coworkers torture or manager humiliation. Manager use foul language to get his thing done , colleagues are not supporting and everybody working there is short tempered. Don't join skip and move on

AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT ALSO NOT TAKING THE ACTION HARDWORKERS OUT OF THE COMPANY / CHAMCHAS ARE PRAMOTED AND IN THE COMPANY... I HAVE A VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ALL TIME PLASTICS PVT. LTD. I LOST MY WHOLE CARRIER BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY
