The project under my supervision was challenging one.As a civil engineering technical person ,all the difficulties were over came.

There were nothing dislikes & dissatisfaction so far compensation is concern.

The clean environment and understanding colleagues and boss. The respect between every section of AIR is outstanding. Besides interest of other announcers to know about other vulture's program is the most highlighting part and also is the reason for me to continue to work there for 13 years.

Regional News Section has very good woring style with their PTC's or contractual staff.

Dislikes

They think contracutal staff are animals they are not considered contractual employee as a employee. Officers are misbehaving or sometimes abusive language with contractual staff also. I think efficent job seeker joins other organisation or company where their is appraised by officials.

Likes

Radio is a powerful and influential medium. It is a great opportunity to be able to make use of it as a producer . there is lot of scope to broadcast on par or even better than private radio channels

Dislikes

insecurity as a employ of Prasar Bharati ..where recruitment rules are not concrete , official procedures are not transparent and the indifference shown to Prasar Bharati is not at all justified .Discrimination at all levels and lack of motivation , upskilling etc . poor policy decisions

Freelance radio jockeying at India's premier A.I.R is a great exposure to learn about radio, improve personal skills, and a platform to connect with the world.

Old school, slow government functioning, outdated music library/software.
