I;m never gonna recommend anyone to work here, at least not in the Marketing department of this company, Reasons- 1. Micro Management, 2. CEO Dominant company, everything is decided and controlled by CEO of the company from small to the smallest thing. 3. Bullying of the employees from the Top Management 4. No growth opportunities at all, total biasness and Responsible (finance based) decision and work is handled only by top Management although lie in our KRA (you know for what) 5. Fully Dictatorship management in office, no scope to apply our knowledge or creativity nobody likes it, everyone just do what CEO likes, all work is done just to Satisfy the little EGO of Top management. 6. Employees are not at all valued, recognized or rewarded in any sort of the way. and there is more and more and lot more...... It is fun and enjoyment when you start working here for first 2-3 months, but you will end up suffering and affecting your mental as well as physical health and would think nothing but to resign. Because this has now been the pattern in the MArketing department from all the ex employees of marketing whether an executive, AM, Sr. Manager or the Designers. Everyone are harassed

Dislikes

Lack of Reporting Hierarchy system in the company. Management works without any direction. The most seniors are not aware of what they are actually doing and how to manage team. They hire staff and after event is over they fired staff with mental torture, they force you to resign, And even after servicing months and months with no Sunday's off when you are on your compoff leave you'll force to resign after coming back. What was our fault in this? You need to stretch every day atleast 3- 4 hrs and Sunday's if events are closer.
