...a is very experienced person but thier policies toward Staff very bad pathetic. They will never give your FnF and give reason that it's is not mentioned as they will forefiet your Salary. With their own mind they will open vertical and will close and will eat up customer Money. No ethics and policies.

Working at AICRA was a frustrating experience due to poor management, unclear communication, and delayed salary payments. Even after four months of leaving, I have not received my full and final salary, making it an unfair situation. The work environment was also disorganized and unprofessional, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. I would not recommend working for or doing business with AICRA.

Nothing there to like , the worst ever company I worked , Every thing they will tell lie . Committed to provide laptop emi or rent, mobile reimbursement, and incentive not giving , I got 20.6 L bussiness for company, they have not given single money. When I asked incentive they terminated me , some cunning lady are there who will take the credit of all hard work done by sales people , the boss of the company behave like dumb. After office hour , late night 11 pm they will ask you report. Don't join this company never ever . Cheater and cunning company , Sunday also they will force you to work ,
