... When I joined it the HR was very polite and they policies are very transparent. There are no salary deduction and hence there is no confusion between the CTC and in hand salary, which I like the most. I've also received my 1st increment and as per the company standards I am happy with it. They also have good clients to work with along with challenging projects that helps you to grow well in your career. I am happy to be a part of All About IT and look for long term association with them.

Dislikes

As its a WFH, we get less opportunity to connect with the team personally. Otherwise everything is good.

Job security, Permanent WFH, Mature Management who listens to your problems and get them resolved, gifts on birthday and festival to make you feel special.

Dislikes

... your projects ends then you'll be aligned to another project in a week time. Salary structure is also good, and as they do not have any deduction, you'll receive the salary you've been promised on the day of your joining. Promotions are also good compared to other companies of same band.
