... When I joined it the HR was very polite and they policies are very transparent. There are no salary deduction and hence there is no confusion between the CTC and in hand salary, which I like the most. I've also received my 1st increment and as per the company standards I am happy with it. They also have good clients to work with along with challenging projects that helps you to grow well in your career. I am happy to be a part of All About IT and look for long term association with them.

Dislikes

As its a WFH, we get less opportunity to connect with the team personally. Otherwise everything is good.

...on a long-term project with All About IT. It's a contractual Blockchain project. They've a strong commitment towards their employees, providing timely salary, respectful communication where you feel like a team and even providing gifts on special occasions like birthdays and festivals. Their HR team is very helpful in managing the taxes and helping in other administrative tasks. As they offer complete remote projects, so the work-life balance is good.

Nothing that I can think of.

Likes

Provide long-term remote contractual opportunities. Management is beneficial and provides salary on time. Long-term projects provide good learning. Work-life balance is also good as they have flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Sometimes it becomes hectic depending on the project.
