Know the company position is very bad because no body care the costume.

Dislikes

I face the problem there salary they give very late.they balance our money one and half months.means they give our salary two and half months,one month salary. Know the company condition is very bad...... Just recently I leave that company. Know I'm going to ABU DHABI.

Likes

The work culture is decent and the company gives plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Of course, it comes with politics which cannot be avoided as it is a company with lots of Indians. Also, there are few good people who do help us in need. Overall its a company with mid level salary and long term job security.

Dislikes

It's very hard for Office Engineers to get promotion and increment in the short term. However, the longer you stay the chances are more. The above case is different for Field Engineers and they have better chance to do it.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
