Worst experience with this company Agar kisi ko iss ko company join Krna hai toh mat krna because ye office time 10 to 7 bolte hai aur 9 baje tak employees ko office Mai rakhte hai aur employee office Mai kam nahi krte lekin logon ke life Mai jyada interfere krte hai. As a team leader team ko kabhi support nahi krta.leaves vagaira kuch approve nahi krta koi future nahi hai agar kisi designer ko yaha se chodne ke baad because yaha pr designer ko creative design bnane ke liye nahi dete.

There is a lot of politics. Worst team leaders they don't give you chance to grow your career in office. If you give your 100% to comapny its totally worst, comapny doesn't care what your doing, they told you that there is performance appraisal but no there is no any increment.
