Al Jaber Engineering was one of the best Company to warm earlier, recently it’s completely trumbelled down, not paying salaries on time,so be careful before joining. It’s my personal opinion only.May be vary for others.

The safety always remind us about the current situation, keep reminding us clean our self, wearing always mask and gloves, and gives us comfor that our company will support us incase of sickness..

I donnot dislike aljaber, but the system need to change, sometimes we need look out the situation on site the real situation i mean, so that we can check what need to be change, especially in supervising and implementing rules and regulations

Management is very bad they are using the employees they won't think about the employee's future and growth HR policy is very weak no more increments and depends of performance no upgrades the position

I like to be a Document controller Supervisor or junior maintenance engineer. I like this job from the bottom of my heart since I was young to now.

Dislikes

I don't like those people who refused to share ideas during time of duty and there can't give small employees more hopes for them.
