...kar sir Is very badly and rudely talk with me not understanding no increament .there is worker and me also same salary . work is very good and I was really handle is very good .but there is many problem thats why I left job . I didn't left my job but but there is many issues . manager was not support me . everything happens on flour he was directly blem me . he not saw what is actual problem . actually I was never the left job . I have experience 4 years supervisor . but some reasons I left the job

A supervisor type work .Nothing much to learn unless if you are interested in fssai.other nothing to learn just do daily given work .Your work is same all day nothing new nothing challenging simpl work but you get full job security they don't terminate you for silly reason they will send you to another location.

Working Hours are extending upto 10hrs normal working hr is 9hrs but still it's less as per Manager, if not in Shift then you have to manage by urself no allowances,No Canteen And certain Plants location are are too remote no proper connectivity and Eateries available....

Disgusting KPI's , unhygienic canteen & Toilets , non understanding CTC. , poor management , this company is unsafe for work most of accidents happened in year 2013, Work politics.

One of the reasons I’m leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a new employee in the working world, the company offered me a great opportunity for a good entry-level position—one that I’ll always be grateful for. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I wasn’t able to fulfill all of my potential because of a real lack of challenge. There was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed, I feel my skill set can be better employed elsewhere. Somewhere my capabilities are more recognized, and where there is the opportunity for growth.

There is a lot of issues(Politics) and management doesn't address our issues and career growth is slow.
