...rom last 12 years * They don't have any other project except two which is going on for a long time *Don't give your salary slip, don't deposit your PF on time and very old class useless desktop to work * HR is pathetic, they only have one work to globe 🌎 you all the time, when you reach out to them with your problem *Total unstructured organisation without having any competent leadership *Delay in salary like anything Please take your decision by doing research

Not giving money in time , always they keep trying to insult no matter how much you work hard. According to my personal suggestion NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY and if you join your Carrer will have no roots anymore . I’m suffering now. I request who so ever looking for job do not take decision by seeing “package”only. Go through job details, location , etc,….! I hope you guys understand my concern. At the end it’s all about your decision . Thanks!!

Nothing, they are just taking hard earned money of individuals and not delivering their product. The project is going on for 15 years and it's still incomplete. Don't know if they are going to complete the project or not. They keep talking about the funding, but it never gets released.

Almost Everything - Work culture, no training, unnecessary salary deduction and untimely payment. Some employees don't get their salary till 2-3 months. They don't pay you your variable incentive mentioned in the offer letter. PFs are not deposited, and you have to mail 'n' number of times for pay slips. The FNF does not get settled even after 4 months of your last working day.

... decision very wisely, don't take decision on the basis of there fancy packages. Never pay ontime Culture is worse HR never help for anything Third class leadership (Not even having proper qualification and understanding about there work)

From my perspective, it's just a start to experience but not a good company in Sales until you're into a CORE Civil Engineer [It may vary even Core not sure] field.

Maybe not at Job security, Salary & benefits, learning & development, and company culture.
