Except salary time Full of politics Appraisal, Leaves and WFH everything based on how you are doing fake laugh or fake comedies with manager All management people are family only not based on skills only family people Still many more are there If you can adjust all and move on after 1 year you can come here but no career growth, no learning Every benefits are here but full partiality based will get If Good HR trying to do some favour for employees but management don't like that then they will remove HR also from company

Here no perks and benefits, worst HR policies, please don't join IT department, they won't provide leaves... Compulsory login hours. No IT culture, No process, simply they make policies which are useless.. hope company won't sink, that all my wish being former employee.

...on't know basic English. Employees here are not treated as they must be treated. The HR team here thinks they give salary to employees by their pockets.

Not an Organized company. Need a lot of development. Negitive in bothe the ends. Neither employee not customer are satisfied.

...o are looking for an long term career- not a right choice to join this company. Pay is good but no standards or quality. One Man efforts(CEO) is ruined by one man's arrogance (CTO).

They will quit your job at any accation without knowing your side of reasons.. If the head of your department did a mistake means.. they will only put mistakes on yours only.. we are the fool for them.
