there is lot of politics in the office by reporting manager [Bibu] and avp [Dayasankar G S] is not good people where they are giving lot of torture to employees

The company works properly like an MNC, has good working culture, takes care of the employees and also gives ample holidays which helps to maintain work-life balance. If required, they will even send you abroad for training purposes.
