They are doing nothing extra which any small average company is not doing. They give small year end gift for which the budget(100 to 200 $) is getting reduced every year. They had discontinued the cab service after COVID and now they reimburse @10rs/km when anyone is coming to office from Delhi/NCR region.

Dislikes

Salary is on the lower side compared to its competitors.There was no appraisal in 2023. People residing in Delhi/NCR are forced to come to office and it is measured in annual review where as employees living outside Delhi/NCR have privilege to WFH permanently. There is no vertical growth for employees in India as everything is controlled and driven from Israel(main office) and management does not want to give any control or decision making power to teams in India. There is micro management. During interview they will set your expectation as if they are hiring you for James Bond role but in reality the quality of work will be opposite and your many years of experience will add no value because the management will want you work in strict defined process which a much lesser experienced candidate can also perform. It's a small company, they are not doing great in terms of money, their plan to go public is postponed by another 2-3 years due to below expectation performance in 20/21/22. Don't go by the reviews on Glassdoor, they are paid reviews. People get Amazon vouchers for giving 5 star ratings. Exclusively working on the implementation and troubleshooting of their product will not add much value to your CV as the demand in very rare in the market.

...ngs, management is good. Option for work from home if working from outside NCR. Salary pay is competitive in the market.

Dislikes

Indian management is trying out to impose Indian culture in company, which is highly disregarded. Only for employees in NCR, the permanent work from home is turned to hybrid mode where the employees needs to come to office once in a week, i.e., Friday. Although this is not something too bad but just for NCR employees and not for all the employees outside NCR creates some insecurity in the NCR employees. The office infrastructure in India is really bad, as compared to their offices outside India which are lavish.

How they cheated with you: 1st Round of interview ---> HR Round ----> You Selected 2nd round of interview ---> Technical --> You Selected 3rd round of interview ----> Technical --> You selected 4th round of interview --> Project Lead ---> You selected 5th round of interview --> Director Round --> You selected 6th round of interview ---> HR Talent Acquisition ---> Explain you about Company work culture & all and ask you there might be next VP round or they will get in touch with you. After waiting of 5 days I got following mail ; "After careful consideration we regrate to inform you that we decided to move forward with other candidate at this time. " They consume 45 days time for all those interview and than the result is unexpected. One of the worst experience I have so far in my career.

Earlier it used to be good during the time of URI After new management took over, iteration rate is on heights. they will not agree and do not go on their paid review. No job security here. Less tenure people are get promoted. Biasedmanagement.

poor management Biased promotions. HR will not listen to you at all. Spine less managers are getting promoted. Management promotes wrong manger and the entire team left the organization. So poor management and HR does not listen you.

Nothing, they will call Delhi NCR to office on hybrid culture and for others no work from office.

No Job security. A lot of micro management. Less tenure people will get promoted. Entire team left recently due to this negative management. IF getting other offers, feel free to grab those as you will get alot of good options to get promoted there but not here.
