People ask to work extra where company did not pay more no overtime no value for employee time, no ethics u can get call on Sunday night also company revolve around MD and its 3-4 close ones. will never recommend to my enemy

I enjoy the challenges of working with code and trying to solve problems. R and D I enjoy the community that surrounds software development. It’s great to be able to collaborate with others and learn from their experiences. I am constantly learning new styles and technologies.

Job security is something, which company needs to work, since all the employees in the organization will have the fear of losing job, if an employee doesn't have work while sitting off-site.

There are no career growth or path set and salary increment is very less.

I worked for report development team. That team rocked. We had a fun in working.

In- out timing constraints. They deduct your hald day leave for every 3rd late mark in a month. The late is valid till 10.00 AM after which it is a compulsory hald day leave deduction. This rule sucks.

Never join this company,its terrible and not at all employee friendly. No career growth in terms of knowledge and money...Company culture is worst.

Worst company I have worked in my career..Management only knows to harass employees...pathetic policies..only meant for management but not for employees..
