I don't like this company culture. No points to say

Dislikes

70 -80 hrs working hours Delay in salary ( 6 - 10day of month ) No variable pay No senior resources 90 % employees are interns from lower middle class Sales Department post fake positive Reviews on company every week as part there job Employment bond in 3-5 lakhs Careless HR If won't be in my review that's your fate to spoil your career and mental health.

The colleagues and friendliness in this office is excellent

the management and the ethics of this company are worst. They force the employees to work on all nights and even weekends also without any compensation.

they make you sign a bond so that you can't leave the company. salary is stopped as soon as drop your resignation email and you have to wait for it to be credited after 6 months(3 months notice period + 3 months after leaving the company). No facilities like cab,insurance etc are provided.

- No proper responsibility from HR - Worst management - Blame games from even higher members - Horrendous project head, who's unfit for managing anything - No importance to an employee

I liked the team i had worked with, seniors and my parallels. The support from superiors when you are stuck at something is really good

Dislikes

No work life balance Sacrifice your life if you are willing to join here. No job security. No benefits. No appraisals. No proper response from HR. Fully commercial. No value for employees and their health.
