Company has its well structured policies for each employees. They provide all star rated facilities. Good advantage for their nationalities

...ab nationalities, specially underlined low even employees are still struggling. Because of salary limit Low level employees mostly do not get driving licence, they cannot bring their family even they are well educated, they have to stay in system of sharing in flats. All because of pea nut salary.

...onal laptop for job during that time which really embarrassing situation for me. Then I decided to left the company and resigned in Mar 21, then company offered more salary for retaining, then I said okay for atleast for hike but days are going I waited till Aug 21 but no hike is given then I left this company immediately. So I never recommend this company for anyone since no one is staying more than 6 months worst culture and 24hrs you should response to your manager immediately on holidays and leaves.

In my experience my company #1, because Covid time company support( if anybody struck out of Kuwait or annual leave) and gave their salary.

(Covid) that panic time we support and hard work for our company. But company cut our 20 days (lock down time) salary

No 1 company in Kuwait in multi brand electronics and working continuously to update its processes to delight customers and generating profits.

Dislikes

Very less staff engagement at ground level like games, birthday celebrations or any other activities and hectic work culture. Don't talk about self development.

Though the company has got good potential, there is favoritism shown towards Arab national and asians are not given much opportunities for career advancements.
