Worst leaders :( All they care about is risk and privacy. No concern for people and process here. You can get fired any day without a hint to others. No job security and no in job learning. You will only waste your time if you work here.

- Atmosphere will be very good - Leave will be given, whenever you want. 90% percentage of the managers are good. - 2-way cab facility. - you will be treated with much respect in the organization. - No need to call, sir or mam. Can just call with their names. ( Corporate things ) - There is a Play area where you can play PS, X-BOX, BILLIARDS, TABLE TENNIS, CARROM and much more. - I worked with two managers and both of them were really good. - Job security. If the company decided to layoff then the one in the core has to worry because they are targeted first. It's totally safe with Non-Tech. I was a Non-Tech.

Dislikes

- Cab takes a long route sometimes, it depends on the co-passengers location. - Cab charges are deducted from your salary. Rs:4000/month for both male and female. They don't show partiality for females which is shown. - Some process are unique where you have to work with alexa devices and stuffs. Which other companies won't consider as a good note. - Promotion and hike rate or with the managers. - Promotion may or may not come to you on time. - I had a TL, who is workaholic and she expects you to be like her which is quiet mad. If she wants you to do something then you should leave all your task and you should solve her problem. She blames you for everything. The nice part is there are only few like this. If you are not assigned to TL like her , you will definitely enjoy the work.

Favoritism and discrimination are at their peak. Doesn't matter if you give your heart and soul to the work, they are gonna promote people on the basis of race, language, and Chamchagiri. A person who does not know Tamil will not be promoted. If u know all the work and have done everything, including projects, and customer connects, still they will promote the person who knows Tamil, and has more tenure, even though he/she doesn't know shit about work or has done any projects. Don't waste your time in this organization. Leadership is the worst.

The company has scheduled hours, so they provide overtime money when we have to extend the shift.

Dislikes

Career growth is approaching zero at the moment. Seeing managers, team leads and operational managers leaving the organisation makes it unsafe for future.

Likes

Less pressure, good job and you get more time to do other things like studies etc. Very friendly work culture and office.

Dislikes

Career growth and promotion is very very minimal if you are from a non tech background.
