They did not credit my fnf salary even after 3 months and given layoff during covid-19 .

...tware developer on third party role for 2 years. The hr department is very rude. they do not care whether you receive salary on time. they did not entertain appraisal amount for 2019 financial year and even during covid 19 they laid off all employee of third party without giving salary slips and FNF salary. i am approaching from three months for pay slips and FNF salary but everyone either i finance team they do not receive calls. I and my colleagues really have lot of frustration for this company. In conclusion, they(Alethe consulting private limited for Third party role) are fake. If you joined, they will treat you like a labour for whole. They assure false appraisal policy whole year to their employee. And at the time of Appraisal they will be postponed it to next months. Finallly, please do not join this Alethe consulting private limited.

Not getting any appraisal when you are in client site they will give you lot benefit during joining after completing 1 year nothing will come which false statement and neither getting technical help from team you need to resolve it on your if you are not capable of doing that due this I face a lot . Not getting any appreciation 😕

Dynamic and Vibrant Atmosphere. Freshers gain the most crucial learning of networking here in just couple of months with labs and hands on. Company provides exam vouchers to team to upgrade their portfolio.

This is open innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality. This is a very good company and the HR team is very helpful, especially Devendra and Harneet, everyone is very polite and cooperative.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow, I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.

No career growth in this comp, also they ask for 2 months of notice period before leaving otherwise they deducted money on FNF and this is not possible to surve notice period for 2 months as it is an small consultant company or also you have to Move on to some multinational company
