1) First of all this is not an IT company it is a consulting company that forces the employees to work on any random work like data entry,cms, designing,data migration,coding, documentation etc irrespective of the employees core profile. 2) Most of the Managers don't speak to Management even if something is wrong and do not have the courage to stand for employees reporting to them. Some managers need to learn professionalism and improve their behaviour towards juniors as we are not labours. 3) This Company is for those who are ready to work on anything and everything and who are not bothered about carrer and growth and do not want to come out of comfort zone as they can manage both home and office work. 4) Employees working since long time had accepted to work on any random things in the past and have set the trend and forcing their juniors to work on any random things. 5) Carrer oriented people who look for growth and opportunities stay away even if they give you double salary. 6) Company has no goals, visions as any random work is given to any random person based on his availability and not skills.Company uses only employees time and not his skills as they just want the work to get done. 7) Even if you want to switch job your CV will not be shortlisted in other company as the CV is not considered as here you will work on multiple technologies , non technical work etc. and multiple projects in short duration.

Worst decision, I have ever made to join such unprofessional organization. They have habit to layoff One of the worst company. They hire people just for fun and fire them within in 3 months. Joke in corporate world. Both owners are nothing than jokers. HR is enjoying from last 11 years in same company. She has nothing to do other than organise parties and filling puzzle in news paper.

Its a great place to work! Flexible schedule and No Micromanagement of work is the best thing about this company.

As of now, I don't have any dislikes but company management might need to be improvised!

They send good quality assets(received Asus ExpertBook), permanent WFH available

No Job Security They can remove from the company at any time, so be prepared. The day on which they tell you that'll be your last day. No prior information.

Company Director and Top Level Management is very good and helpful.

Dislikes

HR manager is very bad in nature and she is giving excuses without any reason. Even she is behaving like she is your boss. Very worst HR ever.
