Lots of politics in company. There is no safety culture . At the time of annual salary increase, there is a lot of politics and the employees close to the boss are well compensated and the honest & hardworking employees are not correct rewarded. Not properly planning in project level. No any work methodology available at workplace , work going very poor quality . But alembic pharmaceutical is best for job. all policy are very useful for all employees.

- too much politics. - promotions for those who buttering up manager not for those who worked day night. - here, quality engineer not stands while major concrete going on like slab. - procurement team finds the low grade contractor with low rates and execution team will work with them which is more headache here. ( but procurement team increment hike is more instead of execution team ). - while appraisal no one value your time which were you given to company.

They say Saturday off but they make you work. They say 9 5 hrs working but they make you work 10 hrs minimum Sad company culture..sit like robots the whole day looking at your computer. Politics

Worst HR any company can ever have. All they know is to just sit and do timepass passing comments on other's works. Day by day work culture here is degrading.

Company is very good in Gujarat.Banglore region full of politics everybody wants to save there seats and give there work responsibilities to others.No JD followed not defined for staff.Entire site works only on 2-3 site employees decision, rest site employees suggestions will not be considered nor listened by HOD. HR interaction with employees is not there,employees issues taken up to HR will never be solved.
