Salary is average. Adjustment issues are hude due monthly Target acheivment. That's the main reason to leave.

No work culture. Highly egoistic professionals. No sense of bonding. Very poor pay masters. They expect every thing from your end but themselves doesn't have any skills, rough attitude towards their own employees.

Before Covid 🦠all things are good but now it's pathetic.. Very very aggressive on sales only.. They need only sales... Less Increment. Extremely work pressure.. Don't want to listen any thing..

Not right salary structure to senior working employees at downtheline. Purely Top Management internal political company. I had forced to make my decision. Worst HR policies for recruitment
