First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years. Management not thinking who is doing write and who is manipulating things,.just believe the fraud peoples only.

Alembic is one of the best company because of its HR policies, HR department is transperent. Good workculture. Specially for ladies. Work time is well balanced.

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits and canteen food.

Good HR policies on paper but zero implementation in real. Bias behaviour in every department, good pay scale but no job security and career growth.

Dislikes

No proper appraisal standards, higher management totally misguides company directors and wastes company resources. Totally cluless team on the R&D center. More than 100 year old company but still behind small companies in R&D. Laying off employees in name of cost reduction while taking no real steps to reduce cost, No job security for even most contributing employees. HR and management team blaming each other for recent laying off of employees while giving no proper reason for doing so.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

...Shreno) will stop at nothing to keep their jobs. This is not a place for growth. No promotions and extremely meager pay increases. extremely hazardous environment. This organization is inferior to roadside contractors and clients. The management lacks a vision.  Employees are not treated properly, and no one should be allowed to work for longer than three or four years. Someone will put in a lot of effort, and someone else will gain a  good reputation. Many people are planning leave this worst workplace.
