First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years. Management not thinking who is doing write and who is manipulating things,.just believe the fraud peoples only.

No work culture. Highly egoistic professionals. No sense of bonding. Very poor pay masters. They expect every thing from your end but themselves doesn't have any skills, rough attitude towards their own employees.

Before Covid 🦠all things are good but now it's pathetic.. Very very aggressive on sales only.. They need only sales... Less Increment. Extremely work pressure.. Don't want to listen any thing..

Salary was good salary as compared to other companies as I was a fresher but hot selected through campus placement. I had 3 months internship as well during lockdown while I was in final year. That was work from home and I got udaipur area. My area manager was Mr. Mahaveer prakash, he's really humble and understanding person. The best area manager I've ever seen.

Dislikes

Local management ( my area manager) was terrible. He used to give me work on Sundays, He asked me along with all the team to call him 6:30 in the morning while field timing was. 9:30-10:00Am. He didn't know about products as well I saved him many times in front of doctors by taking over the conversation but he used to pin me for that as well.
