Working culture is awesome and Alcon did not deduct anything from my compensation even in this difficult time. And My company provide me an additional insurance for Covid-19 which os apart from regular health insurance. I am in love with the culture of my company. I feel very lucky to be a part of such superrr cool company.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.Alcon labs norm and regulations is very good, very supportive , and each and every things gaidance to me, alcon training is very good, job security also in alcon labs, very much in career growth ,we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employees re - hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is is no on-call job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
