1. No salary increments, even after delivering results 2. Lack of proper policies and clear processes. 3. Notice period was made unnecessarily stressful and difficult 4. Threats over the phone about hold on release letters and which were delayed for over a 1 months due to poor communication between the client company. I hope this helps others make an informaed decision before joining

No job security If you join for learn or career start then go, otherwise don't join. No doubt when their policy changed. Hire and Fire.

Too LOW Salary they hire for their mnc client but not pay as per industry standards.

However you work they don’t pay salary else they will terminate the employees all the way immediately no sought of job security. Literally one should beg for his or her own salary . They won’t even respond also from hr team and blame others stating it’s not our responsibility please contact that or this Person

...y are frdly 1. i needed 8 gb extra ram .....that guy waited for me till 8 pm 2. salary on 1st 3. They deported me to IBM who deported me to work in Bangalore airport (cooltest and lavirsh)
