A great organisation to work with, learned a lot of stuff, fantastic team to work with especially with the global teams. Personal contributions are respected and valued and the culture offered space to be innovative

Dislikes

I did not find much. Probably compensation is below average. Company was never in profits for a very long time which gives a negative feeling and also the variable pay was usually not paid due to this.

... professional career. The company cheated me and they don't follow labour laws . I wasn't paid EPF benefits even though deducted from my salary.

Alcatel Lucent gives facilities and flexibility like very less companies give their employees. It is an excellent work place and it provides good appraisals. Unfortunately, ALcatel Lucent was bought by NOKIA. I have not yet experienced NOKIA culture.

I was working in Alcatel Lucent Enterprise which has its office as of my latest information in Brigade Magnum Building next to Columbia Asia hospital near hebbal in Bangalore as a software developer. The only positive I'll say is that their code base is well maintained and easy to learn.

Alcatel Lucent Enterprise located at Brigade Magnum Building next to Columbia Asia hospital near hebbal is not a great workplace to be in as it is making very little profit and thus is not compensating its employees well. On top if this there is a lot of deadweight in middle management who are not contributing anything but still picking up salaries in excess of 45 lakh per annum. They are in a comfort zone and without their moving out I don't see the lower level engineers rise but they will not leave until the organization itself shuts down.
