...e people are running the company. They don't have website of their own company. You literally have to fight for your salary to be credited. No salary slip and PF deduction, they send you the salary on Jupiter app. This results in having no proof of your employment history and experience. There is no HR department. Just one unorganised guy is looking into all the matters casually. Their computer systems don't work properly, they have 15 years old configuration. No training just sit and start working. They are oversmart and think they are very cool. If you are sick for even a single, they will fire you. They only trap the candidates, ask them to just show their faces in interview to generate the leads. They reject the recruiter's candidates as per their own theory. No alignment of candidates for interview, just a fish market. If a candidate has been aligned for the interview, they don't send the interview link. Recruiters and candidates both are frustrated with this company. They don't know the criteria on which a candidate is selected or rejected. They don't know what is job description so they don't provide it to recruiters and candodates.

This company needs to be blacklisted because of their poor management

...ader by name Chirag Khurana who used to hire girls specially and mostly abusive. Without taking the salary,people used to leave because of his behavior. There was no teaching and worst organization. Even for a lunch break or rest ,u have to use punching machine

Worst consultancy. Salary is credited never on time. They can never grow. Zero employee retention. You will get to learn hear nothing. Female employees are not safe here. They will not pay your incentive and salary. You should never join a consultancy like this. There are much better available in the market. No client should hire them as vendor.
