Below average Salary. Projects managers and other upper level people are very less educated. Bring some good projects. Hire some really good senior persons, only then this company can grow otherwise current PMs and others will just seat and eat your money. First focus on employees salary rather than wasting too much money on celebrations.

Working at Albiorix Technology has been an incredible journey! Below are a few things i like about the Company: 1. Employee centric leave policies (No nonsense sandwich/burger leave policy throught the year). 2. Flexible Timings 3. Partial Days System 4. Work From Home facility 5. Open and supportive work culture 6. Medical insurance for the whole family (I last company there was no such #concept) 7. Supportive leaders and team leads 8. No need to pay for annual trips (we used to contribute for trips in previous companies) 9. Events and celebration monthly 10.And much more...

Nothing to dislike honestly….its just that IT industry is on the low right now with competition on the extremes. So not only Albiorix but many other companies face issues for projects.
