Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Established processes from development to delivery, customer services, maintenance.

Dislikes

No proper process for growth, promotion, no salary hikes, no company direction for 2024 and 2025, no product strategy, no work life balance, employee politics to pamper few folks.

Dislikes

No challanging work. No job security. Same work again and again.manager are not good. Hiring and firing policy. Do not join the company if your manager from allahabad and you are from other location they want to pull all work to allahabad so not supporting other location people. They support there employee only.

Sorry to say, the company has not extended any support, they winded up my profile by 30th june 2020, due to covid-19, as they felt an office manager 'a role is not required because of the WFH pattern.
