Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Salary is good enough and incentives as well.

Working with Alanita travel is been a nightmare for me. I will make it clear what kind of company is this. If a person needs to go restroom, firstly he/she needs to ask the manager whether he/she can go to restroom and then after he/she needs to write his/her name, out time and sign on a register which they maintain for restroom. After stepping in to the office from restroom, again need to mention in time and sign on the register. There are so many other instances which made me to leave the company. The management doesn't know what exactly is going on and how the employee's are feeling. One more important issue which I'm facing is related to the PF, these people even do not know that the process for applying PF is moved online and I have been waiting to get it resolved as they didnt gave my valid UAN number. The UAN number which is on the payslip says it not valid.

Worst company no carreer growth no job security no management system every day they make new rule they are running this company like a family business one if the worst company i ever worked with.

No job satisfaction, no job security, useless managers , they wanting there employeea to work like a slave so medical facilities no leaves not giving salary on time even the month you have already worked they are holding that salary also they keeping almost 1 months salary to release the last month salary

It is one of the worst company to work. They treat as a slave.No proper shift timing ,irregular timings ,every day different shift time.you will not have the proper sleep.Not possible to spend time with family.They speak and treat like a slave.for one day leave they deduct 2days salary cut.working hours is 12hrs minimum.
