Excellent Comapny To Work with, I have learnt a lot from the Snehal Sir, Mitesh Sir, and Rushik Sir and became a lot than what i was before i came in to the role at Alakmalak. I learnt overall as well as indetailed for how to handle, start and manage the projects as well as how to handle the issues, escalations of both team and clients and still learning. I learnt a lot of skills of Project Management as well as project development, designing and delivery of the project.

Culture: Alakmalak Technologies has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated.

Dislikes

1). Salary Increment (Based on Management mood not from any employee's performance). There are many good employees left the job due to salary increment of 5 or 7 % and when someone put resign then management offers more increment. (Means if you want to more increment then you have to get offer later from other's company) 2). Working with Limited Technologies
