The salary is really low compared to similar profile in the entire country, you will have to literally beg to get your appraisal approved even if you perform good. Job security, work life balance, career growth are words you have to forget if your work here. They can fire you anytime if they are running out of projects.

Horrible work culture, no staff respect, work more pay less, no timely hike in the salary, Non Competent Manager, terms and conditions are all Organization favourable.
