Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Al Shawamikh Oil Services, is one of the best companies to work in Oman. Work environment, the people working, and the office is just next level. Work timings are very flexible, with work hours from 8am to 4pm. Very peaceful no politics. Overall, its the best

They provide salary on time the only benefit

This comapny has very poor management. They dont have any plan and enough manpower to perfor tasks. They are bullying the employees and harassed them and much more. Didnt provide OT No safety standards.poor culture.
