Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. It Feel Good and secure. I worked in a company that provided all regular benefits. I had a few friends who either worked here .They`ve always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands and excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many Good Ideas and i tried to move them forward ,trying to help the company. But from my position i am not allowed to suggest any improvement. I am Supposed to follow the order of my superior, and that's it. I am looking forward for a place of work where they value creative thinking and where manager and receptive from the subordinate.
