Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

They offer a wide range of career opertunities in every field. Alsalama Eye hospital is a super speciality eye hospital that uses high efficiency equipments and techniques for giving quality care and cure.l got very excellent exposure in both the Clinical and academic session as an optometrist. We are really free to express our ideas and innovations in our work environment. The management is that much staff supporting and always find their chance to appreciate . I really love the fact that I am a part of this big team 'Alsalama'

There is a lot of work pressure. As there is no job training for freshers hence it can be burden for seniors like us sometimes. Also our work may be appreciated but at important times are unnoticed.
