The best place to learn how not to manage and run an organisation. All the authority is concentrated in one person. If you are a professional with a passion at work, sorry to say that you will soon be trapped by a group of best employees(relatives as well as 'favourite people' of the top management) who will ultimately make your life miserable as a result of which you will be forced to leave the organisation at the soonest. There are no work ethics, professionalism or organisational culture at any level. Instead, you will be directed by few senior managers(who do not have any idea about anything, instead, they are in such role only because of their influence on the top management) who just care about earning their monthly income by continuing in the good books of the top management. When it comes to the top management, there is nothing such as 'management'. The top management doesn't have a vision or planning at any level. Most of the decisions are being made out of emotions.
