Worst management, worst owners, Inhuman and cruel behaviour with staffs who have resigned and are serving notice, no salary for past 6-7 months, if you wan to leave the company they don't even pay the cancellation charges, treat workers like slave, too many cases filed, pls don't come here

HERE IN AL RAWAHI I LEARNED ALL THINGS RELATED TO THE OTHER DEPARTMENT LIKE- MEP WORKS AND SERVICES, HVAC WORKS & SERVICES FIRE FIGHTING. ALL TEAMMATES IS GOOD AND DEDICATED TO THEIR SCOPE OF WORK , SALARY / APPRAISAL IS NOT SATISFACTORY,

It's an worst Company which owned by Hirani group & runned by earlier a Malyali person & now with Karnataka person.Lots of internal dispute between Civil & other team group.MEP team not cordinating to each other.Value of Foreman is superior compare to Engineer.During increment they sends back to India.It's an old company but how long it will survive don't know.Malyali person terminating from duty through Whatsapp.Only people who have linked to each other will survives,whether he is capable or not, nothing to worry.

No working environment, No increment,Non cooperating staff,Not sufficient manpower,Internal Politics etc
