The only thing good till now is the Salary Timing. Salary always comes on time.

Dislikes

There is no Safety Culture. Travel Timing is terrible. No proper facilities at site. No proper Accomodation at camp. Shared Toilet and kitchen with more than enough workers.

Only On-time basic salary, but you can't get your overtime on time.

Poor camp management, poor safety culture. maximum only 0.5 % professional you can found here. if you want to go emergency must be deposit security money and its depend on HR mood how much he asked. If you want to go market drivers ask you money, poor welfare facilities. company will not give you transfer. if your contract with company for two years but company will make contract for 2 years 7 months. Skilled and non skilled are same in this company.

Salary on time which is almost available in all good companies of saudi Arabia

Delayed Appraisal and not guranteed. Only Boot lickers are considered for appraisal. Management is worst. Accommodation for Engineers is not provided well. Forced to stay with in a room of 4 People.

...re not arabic.then you will under them even though you are in the same position.the salary is 2 star in current market value.Will always find a way not increase your salary while arabic are increasing every year.HR are supposed to work between you and company but they are not.and acting like you are slave and they are your owner.will transfer you to any site if needed.don't care about how you transfer your thing if you care more than you bag.threaten if don't transfer that you will be absent

Salary credit on time, it is the best policy of the company. Company policies are good but management is not transparent

Management is not transparent, salary is decent but career growth is too much slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign, on the job training is not given to new joinees.
