Al Osais is a local company, however, Inabensa is a Spanish Company. The joint venture business in 380/132/13.8kv Substation and project are at Riyadh & Jeddah. The OHTL 132kv Project at Qurrayat completely finished. I learnt in this company a lot by giving me opportunity to work independently to control complete procurement cycle. In this job i have to interact with European & American company besides local and Asian company.

Dislikes

Since the Company share purchased by local partner Al-Osais the delay in salaries 3-4 month, no increment & lack of Management decision.

This is good co.and good salry food & accommodation medical free.salry 2200sr and overtime .

I come vication from al osais international holding co.but some problems with my family so I cannot go return.now i am waiting for others co.

The company is one of the best for construction development . I love this company.

I never like to any work pressure or force by out of site management managers do not value an individual's unique strengths , which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

The company is run by a good management, they are having good work culture, they are the one of the good construction companies in Saudi Arabia, they associated with Saudi Aramco. For any extra work they compensate up to the senior executive level.

Dislikes

Some time there are due to some international matters, some of the employees suffering, it may be from client side or due to internal politics, that may not be take suitable reaction from the management.
