Some of them getting high pay without doing that much work in the name of Favour. Low salary peoples only get terminated to secure the highly paid peoples. Management need to seriously involved and remove this people.

Good facilty with company maintained car and reasonable salary.

Dislikes

It depends on the division. Lighting division is the worst without proper leader. They will recruit a person without proper planning, guidlines or proper brands to sell. No one can work in this division more than a year.

I'm working as HSE officer and my colics who are in same post are getting 80% more salary than me even I'm doing more work than them and exceeding more responsibilities and I requested my management to increase my salary but they don't mind my request many times because I'm doing the job correctly not playing politics
