My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Hardly things you'll like here but few things which is good... I must appreciate company Pays salary on time... even before your salary day some times... company pays Bonus...also in Ramadan company pays Iftar expenses to people...when it comes to paying your dues and renewing your residence visa company is Excellent I'll give 5 🌟 in this

Company does support staff or does care about their well-being or mental or physical health... highly stressful work environment and extreme financial risk in the work.. working here ruin social.. personal and family life of employees..feels like a robot not a human .. it's been 3 years and more but very difficult to take a day off from work.. it's normal if you are working 30-60-90-120-180days without taking a day of depending upon Branch. When it comes to financial risk company shows no mercy in helping or supporting staff... Always ready to penalize staff instead help and support
