Corrupt Egyptians management, salary delay 3~4 months duty hours is 8 but work 10 to 12 hours with forcefully and they deducted salary without overtime every time lie and always urgent work....

I didnt like there anything. Management was very poor, working location, work, carrier growth and salary also very bad

...of office guys to workers, no overtime but should have to do 12-14 hour duty. Salary didnt get time to time.

I have never seen company wrost management. They are fight like a kids. Management is don't know about politics but, they are thinking we are great politicians in mashariq. There are some experienced foreman working above 10+ years experience, came from low level they have jealous on new joined workers. All laboue are very skilled workers, next level jointer and then electricians included drivers and b/o, crane operators. Note: Don't ask about management, it's very ridiculous.

Management, Co worker, Improper salary. Not worth to work.

There is nothing to like any thing in this company, corrupt egyptian manegment, worst company policies forced to do over time if any one refuses means he is absent from work and if do overtime there is no money for that, 8 months no salary with workers and company is not giving settlement amount for exit people, workers are in very worst condition.

Why people join any company? For good work, career and money but in this company you have to work like puppet. There is no money for OT but you have to do OT forcefully if refuse means you are absent from work and dedication in salary, very worst and corrupt egyptian manegment they ate the company like worms.
