Not much when it comes to salary. Doesn't pay for the work they get from us. Yes, its organised company and you will enjoy if your salary is as per market standards.

Favourism, partiality, only egyptian can get good increments and benefits. Even other nationals work hard or got promoted, not much hike in salary.

Superb company never delay salary, since the new king came the life is tough and no increment but still company owner is God gift I say very loyal in everything blindly if anyone got opportunity u can go without hassitation
