AKMC always gives a good platform to freshers,one can learn the industrial culture and work from there and implement it for there personal growth anywhere in world. Management is ok. They will provide all the facilities but as compared to UAE market remuneration is low.

Nepotism is there. Growth is very slow.

Well I had recruited in this company for sales job , But I found in very first day the higher management ( GM ) is very discouraging ,The behaviour of GM towards the new employee is so pathetic The attitude and behavior of concerned management and human resource was very discouraging and negative, when I asked for some clarifications and offer letter, which was my right being a new employee. Professional environment zero .
