Al fouzan general construction company is a very good company I am working with Al fouzan last 10 years.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, due to mismanagement and I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

It was a pleasure moment work with Al Fouzan trading & general construction company based KSA having learnet a lot of new things basically you never know what kind of work load comes towards you , senior never pressurized to do the work in urgency they always tried to accomplish the awarded work within special times while smooth and transparent way , work environment was very healthy sometimes you having nothing know colleague would help out to teach and suggested you pay kind attention , overall things are quite peaceful but work comes first rare policy should keep in mind then an individual can emerge new challenges to cop up and deal with basic task I do hereby recommend to face off job opportunities come .

Never discrimination found with staff nor happened any racial discrimination we need to revitalize our energy to complete the given task in order to sustain our redeem worka.
