...ack of acknowledgment significantly impacted my motivation and job satisfaction. Not only this of any employee leave the school because of management behavior they do not pay the hold salary and they disrespect the employee in front of parents & students. Furthermore, the management's behavior towards employees has been less than satisfactory. The overall attitude displayed by management is dismissive and disrespectful. Employees should be treated with dignity and respect, as they are an integral part of the school's success. However, the management's disregard for employee well-being creates a negative work atmosphere and hampers productivity. Moreover, the school's failure to provide adequate support and resources is a major concern. As an employee, I believe it is crucial to have the necessary tools, training, and guidance to effectively perform our roles. Unfortunately, School fell short in this aspect, making it challenging to meet the school's expectations. Without proper support, employees struggle to reach their full potential and contribute optimally to the school's objectives. It is crucial for the school's management to address these issues to create a more positive and fulfilling work environment. Recognition and rewards for hard work, respectful treatment of employees, and the provision of necessary resources will go a long way in improving employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall productivity. I hope that this review provides valuable feedback for the management to consider and take necessary steps to address the concerns raised. By doing so, School can create an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and supported in their professional growth and contributions.
