Great working with Al Balagh. I have worked for 5+ years. Management is very Supportive. Good work environment.

If got chance to work. Negotiate and take a better package. Later it's very difficult to get an increment.

... is giving full scope to develops yourself with their senior management support. Last 38 years they have maintained uptodate monthly salary and also yearly bare minium increment. For the staff they have provided good accomodation and transport facility .This company having excellent work environment because of top management keen day to day project observations. Manpower, Material and Machinery these three basic parts are immediately provided by management as per site requirements to avoid any delays in the project progress. Overall excellent company in Qatar with bright future.

This is a middle scale civil construction company and nothing any objectional subjects about company profile.

It has many divisions. Oil and Gas is a medium size with 250 people. Lot of scope for development. Low risk taking management.

Dislikes

Top management believes only few people. The performance appraisal system is very weak. Apple polishing works in this company at all levels
