I like my teammates, and the company is fair and they never give steal from you as other companies are doing these days

Dislikes

Management is very old style, cost reduction with no sense, wasting millions on stupid ideas and terminating employees for cost reduction !!!!, Also requesting their employees to work overtime without extra pay at all.

Al Babtain company is very good for training, learning, skills improving and personal growth. Currently very less Orders and less Sales. No effective R&D hence effecting Company growth. Most of the Workers depends on daily Overtime wages. Have job secure for all categories. Excellent opportunity for Egyptians in Middle level to Top level.

Excellent Owner,very good management, they are always striving for better improvement in quality,environment,and best service to its employees. They hunt for new opportunities. So far the best company I have worked with. Now I am missing them. This is all like about we all need to struggle to achieve in both the world.

They give best opportunities to its employees and always trying their best to fulfill customers requirements. The care too much for health, safety of the employees and keep the environment clean. My very brightest and happiest wishes to all of them continue the hard work we put into it. So that this company goes to the next generation.

One of the top 100 companies in Saudi Arabia. Very good management. Equal opportunities and carrier growth with on the job training as and when requirements arise. Certified ISO 9001-2015 recently and well organised under ISO for about 10 years.
